iSale wins Apple Design Award 2006

The premier auctioning tool for the Mac receives its second Award

Munich (Germany) / San Mateo, CA (USA) − August 09, 2006:

At this year's Worldwide Developer Conference (WWDC) in San Francisco, equinux was honored with the Apple Design Award as the winner in the most competitive category "Best Mac OS X User Experience" for iSale, the ultimate auctioning solution for Mac. By choosing iSale, the jury acknowledged the product's functional elegance and seamless integration with Mac OS X Tiger.

After being awarded as runner-up for "Best Use of Mac OS X Tiger Technologies" in 2005, iSale won the first prize this time. Motivated by the first Award, the development team at equinux implemented various new functions and improvements, listening closely to customer expectations and feature requests. This year's award is an impressive affirmation of this strategy. "Outstanding product design comes from close interaction with users", says Till Schadde, CEO of equinux. "Our customers have been an invaluable source of inspiration."
