VPN Tracker offers full support for Sidewinder G2® and Mako Networks

The market-leading VPN client for the Mac now supports more than 300 devices

Munich (Germany) / San Mateo, CA (USA) − February 22, 2007: equinux today released VPN Tracker 4.9.1, an essential update to the market-leading VPN client for Mac OS X. The new version offers full support for Secure Computing®'s Sidewinder G2® devices and Mako Networks' centralized VPN solutions.

VPN Tracker remains the most versatile and flexible VPN client for Mac, supporting more than 300 devices to date. It is built on a rock-solid IPSec implementation and enhanced with enterprise-level technologies like XAUTH, DHCP over IPSec, token support, and much more.

The update also addresses some minor issues related to timeouts and I/O errors.

VPN Tracker 4.9.1 is available immediately at the equinux website. Without a license, the software is fully functional for 30 days (all connections will be terminated after three minutes).

Licenses can be obtained at local Apple retailers or in the equinux Online Store.

The update to version 4.9.1 is free for all registered VPN Tracker 4.x users.
