Yes! As you've probably heard, on June 12th all analog TV broadcasts in the United States were shut off. So if you've been using your TubeStick hybrid (or other TV device) with an antenna in analog mode, you'll need to switch into digital broadcast mode:
Once you're using digital broadcast mode, read on to find out how to search for the new digital channels.
Even if you've already been watching digital broadcast TV with an antenna, we recommend running another channel search now the switchover has been completed. A lot of channels have adjusted frequencies and some have increased their broadcast strength, so you may be able to pick up some additional channels!
To search for channels
The Tube will now automatically scan for all the digital channels available in your area.
Note: If you're having issues receiving certain channels, try adjusting your search settings by checking or unchecking the search options.
More informationMore information is available on the FCC's digital switchover webpage. Antennaweb.org also offers useful information on external antennas and reception tips, if you're in an area with limited digital TV coverage.
