What is the Marketing Kickstart Program?

The Marketing Kickstart Program is a paid, 12-month scheme designed for students or recent graduates who are looking to acquire the skills needed to kickstart a successful graduate career in marketing.

Over the course of the year, you will experience first hand, via a number of exciting marketing projects, how we market our diverse range of business and consumer products to customers.

The goal of the program is to help you utilise the knowledge you gained in the lecture theatre and turn this into real life, employable skills you will need for a successful marketing career.

Who is eligible?

The program is open to all qualified university students who meet the following criteria:

  • English native speakers

  • Basic knowledge of German language (i.e. B1 level) preferred

  • At least a third semester student or equivalent experience

  • Non-EU applicants must still have student status or hold a “working holiday visa”

Not sure you meet 100% of our qualifications? Please apply anyway - we’d love to get to know you!

Product marketing is a constantly evolving process which requires you to be able to quickly adapt to both market trends and customer needs.

Our main aim is to give you the opportunity to improve your understanding of theoretical marketing strategy and learn how to apply it within an exciting, modern business environment.
