Organize your auctions in GroupsOnce your auctions begin to multiply, they may become cumbersome to manage. iSale's "Groups" and "Smart Groups" are there to keep you organized.
Better organize your auctions
In iSale, you can create standard "Groups" and "Smart Groups" to help you organize your auctions. "Groups" are like folders where you can manually drag your auctions and keep them organized. "Smart Groups" enable you to create specific folders by setting parameters for the auctions you create. For example, you could organize them by price, date, category, bidder, etc.
View and group your auctions' bid counts
Bid counts are now displayed in iSale's "Sales Status and Memo" screen. The bid counts have also been incorporated as a Smart Group filter. Now you can easily view and track your most active auctions. "I organize my auctions using 'Smart Groups'. I create one group for each month. With the 'Smart Group' easy interface, I create a rule that automatically places my auctions into the appropriate folder. So an auction that was created in June will automatically be placed in my "June" folder. It's very helpful and saves me time."
