Which cables should I use to charge faster with USB-C Power Delivery?

Charging with the tizi Schlitzohr
The tizi Schlitzohr is not suitable for quick charging via USB-C Power Delivery, as it works using a USB-A connector. It is possible to charge USB-C devices with the tizi Schlitzohr, but in this case, USB Standard protocol is used and the device will charge at a maximum of around 12W.
My iPhone is not charging when connected to tizi Schlitzohr
To charge iOS devices like iPhone and iPad, please attach the lightning connector on top of the Micro USB connector of the Schlitzohr. tizi Schlitzohr will only charge your device if the Adapter is properly attached.
Are tizi Flip Cables for Micro-USB compatible with Beats Headphones?
Yes. Beats headphones actually use Micro-USB charging cables to charge. (Yeah, these cables where you never know which way round you need to plug them in...) Tizi Flip Cables for Micro-USB are fully compatible with Beats headphones like Beats Solo 3 Wireless and Beats Studio 3 Wireless. You can also use Beats Pill speakers with tizi Flip Cables.
My tizi cable no longer charges my device. What can I do?
You should clean the contacts of cables from time to time. Contact spray (Amazon Link) is suitable for cleaning both connector ends.
With flip cables, you should also make sure that both contact sides are cleaned in the USB-A connector. Due to the flip functionality, both sides of the connector are provided with contacts on one plate.
With Lightning connectors, the contacts are very tight. Even fine dirt such as dust can reduce or interrupt the charging and conductivity. Often the cable is not to blame. It then helps to use a compressed air spray to blow into the Lightning socket of the iPhone or iPad to remove this dirt.

Can I charge the iPad Pro (2018) with the tizi Schlitzohr?
Yes, the tizi smarts has a Micro, Lightning and USB-C connection on the power consumer side in addition to a USB-A connection on the charger side. This allows you to conveniently charge the iPad Pro (2018), which has a USB-C connection, with a maximum of 2.4A (e.g. from a tizi charging station).
Why should I purchase tizi cables? There are also very cheap (China) cables on marketplaces like Amazon or eBay?
Cheap cables can only be produced by saving on the copper content in the cable. The copper content of these cheap China cables is therefore usually very low. Our test purchases revealed a sometimes devastating picture: at high charging performance, this can lead to heating of the cable and, in the worst case, to fire. It is therefore strongly advised not to save money when buying cables. For little money you always get little copper.
All tizi cables are characterized by a guaranteed high copper content, solid workmanship and official certifications such as Mfi from Apple.
If I order a tizi product, will I then receive a correct German invoice with VAT shown?
Yes. equinux AG is a German company based in Karlsfeld/Munich. We issue a correct German VAT invoice with every purchase.
There is now a high presence of Chinese suppliers on the Amazon marketplaces for accessories. These usually do not issue a correct German VAT invoice. VAT is often shown separately, but deductibility is questionable as tax numbers cannot be verified. The press speaks of VAT fraud in the billions, committed by Chinese traders via platforms such as Amazon and eBay. Unfortunately, German politics has been failing across the board for years and is letting these billions slip by. Ultimately, the dilemma is: private users are usually not interested in correct VAT invoices.
We therefore strongly advise against buying from such suppliers.
