No categories in Mail any more
Apple no longer makes it possible for us to add all templates automatically into categories in Apple Mail. Instead, you can browse through your designs in the Greeting Cards app and then open it right within Mail.
Please try this:
‣ Double-click the Greeting Cards app to open it ‣ Choose a design and double-click the card you want ‣ Click the mail icon in the middle ‣ Confirm you want to install it into the 'Custom' category
