Why can't I authorize VPN Tracker in System Preferences?

In order to install VPN Tracker on newer macOS versions, you need to "allow" the app in System Preferences under "Security". To do this: - Make sure the VPN Tracker app is in the Applications folder - You will need to complete this step locally on the Mac. It is not possible to do this step over Remote Desktop or Screen Sharing tools. Tip: If you have Full keyboard access enabled, you may be able to use the tab key (↹) to highlight "Allow" and then confirm it with the Space bar.
