How can I use VPN Tracker and my regular internet connection at the same time?
If only VPN traffic works while the VPN connection is active, the connection is probably set to Host to Everywhere.
Change the topology to Host to Network instead:
- Open the connection in VPN Tracker.
- Go to Setup > Basic Settings.
- Under Topology, choose Host to Network.
- Save the connection and reconnect.
If internal resources are no longer reachable afterwards, we need the remote network settings from your VPN gateway. In that case, contact us directly from VPN Tracker via Help > Contact Support.
