If you are still receiving an unknown download error after clicking "Retry", please try the following steps:
- Check if you can reach my.vpntracker.com
- If you can access my.vpntracker, try quitting and relaunching the app
- If that doesn't help, try again a bit later
- If it's still not working after a cup of coffee - reach out
