You can charge your iPhone with tizi Kraftprotz (2. Generation) at the Normal port in about 2 hours.
Your Kraftprotz has enough power to charge your iPhone 5-6 times.

The High Power port is for devices which support Apple’s High Power specification. That means, the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus charge double as fast on this port as they would their supplied charging cables from Apple.

This is also a great charging port for the iPad. The Normal port is best for all other devices with smaller capacity batteries: such as older iPhone generations, Android devices, digital cameras or the Kindle. In short, all devices which can be charged via the USB port or a Mac or PC.
With 10.000 mAh, The tizi Kraftprotz has double the power as the tizi Flachmann. An iPhone 5 can be charged up to 5x. Plus, the tizi Kraftprotz allows 2 devices to charge simultaneously and even has a High Power port for charging iPads.

If your tizi Kraftprotz is empty, a complete recharge will take about 4.5 - 5 hours with a 2A charger for example using tizi Tankstelle.
Charging your tizi Kraftprotz with a 1A charger will take about 8 to 10 hours.

An iPad gets charged at your tizi Kraftprotz in 4-5 hours. Your tizi Kraftprotz has enough power for a full iPad mini or iPad 2. Generation charge.
Your iPad 3. Generation or iPad Air 1 / 2 will be charged to 60%.

The product number on the back of your tizi Kraftprotz shows you, if you have a first or second generation device.

Quickly push 2x on the Power button on the left side, and the LEDs will let you know how much juice you have left.
If your device requires high power for charging, it will charge faster. If not, that’s fine too: it will charge normally the way it is supposed to.
There is no risk to your connected device no matter which port you attach it to.

Register your tizi Kraftprotz under my.tizi.tv using your tizi code.

Connect the tizi Kraftprotz to a common USB port on your computer, or to the tizi Power, tizi Tankstelle or the tizi Tankstation, using the supplied micro USB cable. Tip: Keep the tizi Kraftprotz cool to increase it’s power level and longevity.
Press the on/off button for a few seconds to turn the torch on or off.

In the box you will find a micro USB cable for charging your tizi Kraftprotz. The cable length is 1m.

While charging your tizi Kraftprotz the five LEDs will show you the charging progress.

You will know that your tizi Kraftprotz is fully charged, when all LEDs turn off.

The Hight Power USB Port has been designed for charging your iPad.
You can also charge any other device on this port. If your device needs more power, it will charge faster on this port. If not, your device will also be charged perfectly fine.

In order to save power, you can turn of the LEDs while charging your iPhone. To do so, press the on/off switch once.

Although the LEDs are not lit, your iPhone gets charged.

While you recharge tizi Kraftprotz other devices cannot be charged.

When the LEDs on your tizi Kraftprotz are constantely lit, your Kraftprotz is in pause mode. Press the button on the side briefely to start charging your device.

It’s fully charged when all 5 LEDs no longer light up.
iPhones and iPads are *not* "dumb" batteries that get connected to a charger. Some people may believe this and there are various myths on the internet about this. Where does this theory come from? It might originate from charging standard AA or AAA household batteries. In this scenario, the charger is actively doing the charging and the battery is "dumb" and gets charged. Here, in the worst case scenario, the battery can be destroyed by charging it wrong. Apple and all modern smartphone manufacturers use active charging control mechanisms with in their devices. The iPhone/iPad or smartphone actively decides how much current to use and which energy gets requested from the charger. In no case will a tizi device "push" a certain amount of power into an iPhone/iPad or smartphone! How can a tizi charger always provide iPhone / iPads with maximum fast performance? The best way to imagine this is as follows: When plugged in, an iPhone / iPad uses a communication protocol to ask the power supply about the maximum power that can be drawn. Our tizi charging devices (Tankstelle, Tankstation, Turbolader, Kraftprotz, etc.) respond correctly and the iPhone / iPad starts to charge. Initially maybe with 500mA, then 1A, then with 2.4A etc. Depending on the model and the current charge level, but also on the battery temperature of the iPhone / iPad, the Apple charge controller decides actively and independently how much power should be drawn. Thanks to the above-mentioned exchange about the maximum power, the Apple charging controller can be sure that it will get this power at any time over the charging period. What do tizi chargers do better than "standard" or cheap power supplies? Power supplies can have errors or problems at different levels. Here are two classic examples:
  • With cheaper power adapters, the communication protocol is often missing, meaning the adapter and the iPhone / iPad are unable to communicate properly. If an iPhone / iPad gets a strange result from the power supply when the performance data is exchanged (e.g. the protocols of both devices do not understand each other), then an iPhone only charges with a maximum of 500mA, which is very very slow. In this case, the iPad will show the "Not charging" message. The iPhone / iPad does this in order to prevent the power supply from becoming overloaded.
  • Another problem is possible overload - leading to a fire hazard. For example, this could occur if the cheap power supply tells the iPhone / iPad that it is able to charge up to 2.4A. If an iPad then requests this current during the charging process, the power supply will become overloaded. In the best case, it will simply turn off. However, it could also overheat and catch fire.

This means, when using a tizi device, the battery of an iPhone / iPad is never overloaded or even broken.

After a long run, we retired iSale a while ago.

We made this decision as eBay has shifted its focus to large commercial sellers with thousands of listings. iSale is no longer supported by newer macOS versions and we encourage you to move your existing and future listings directly to eBay's own tools.

eBay now requires all listings to exclusively use HTTPS for content. Auctions using iSale templates do not support HTTPS image links, so it is recommended you re-list your items using eBay's own selling tools.

In March 2018, iSale auction template images from will no longer be available so we encourage all sellers to revise existing listings accordingly.

Common scenarios

Auto-renewing products

VPN Tracker and Mail Designer 365 are offered as subscriptions. When a plan has been configured to auto-renew, the associated payment method will automatically be charged.

Additional team-members added

If multiple employees are using one of our products, they may have configured team billing. This means the associated credit card may have been charged, in order to add a new team member to an account.

If you have checked with your team and still have additional questions regarding a charge, please contact our support team. Be sure to include the details from your credit card statement and the last 4 digits of your card.

Not to worry. There are a few reasons why this can happen but rest assured we will always get you up and running - sooner, rather than later!

The most common cause behind this is that you have multiple equinux IDs and you have tried to activate the software again using your equinux ID that doesn’t actually have the license registered to it. So when it says: ‘registered to another user’ - it actually means YOU! The software just doesn’t know you’ve got 2 accounts.

So obviously the best way to sort this out is to use your equinux ID that does have the license registered to it and then you’ll be ready to go.
If you have nothing on your other account it would be great if you could send us a quick email explaining that you have 2 IDs and we can delete the one you don’t need.
If you would also like to have everything on one account and have us delete the spare you can transfer your licenses from one account to the other. Just click the link to find out how.

Sure that’s not the reason?

Then all you need to do is drop us an email stating your equinux ID and the Activation Code you were trying to use, along with some proof of purchase. A scanned receipt or confirmation email will do just fine. Then we can have a look at everything and sort your account out so that you can get on with using the software you bought!

While the Single User Edition is perfect for those with just one computer, the lucky ones of you with more than one Mac should consider the Family Pack Edition. To deactivate your VPN Tracker renewal, please follow these steps:

  • Go to "My Plans and Billing" in the sidebar, where you will see your current active plan(s), in case your plan is a team plan, please go to "Team Plans and Billing" in the sidebar

  • After deactivating auto renewal, you will receive an email confirming the deactivation.
Please be aware that by deactivating automatic renewals you will lose pricing benefits. The possibility of grandfathering pricing is exclusively available for customers who keep automatic renewals activated at my.vpntracker.com once this option has been deactivated, any associated pricing benefits (e.g. discounts, special offers, etc.) will be lost.
We offer every customer a no-strings-attached trial period of Mail Designer 365 before purchase. The trial can be downloaded free of charge from our website. This allows users to test the vast range of features and tools included in a full plan before making any financial commitments to the software. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds once a plan has been purchased. This information is also clearly stated in the terms & conditions which must be accepted before completing the checkout process.

Our prices and the currency you purchase in vary depending on which country you are purchasing from. We are headquartered in Germany and our default billing is in Euros. In order to see your final price and currency including VAT where applicable, please go to our Online Store and select your country. Plans that are set to auto-renew may keep pricing benefits ("grandfathered pricing"). By deactivating the auto-renewal option, you will automatically lose any of your existing price benefits (i.e. promotions or introductory offers.) This action cannot be reversed. Should you then wish to renew your plan at a later point, you will be billed at the regular plan price. Please be aware that your plan will also end if your payment method cannot be charged at the time of renewal (i.e. expired, lost or stolen). If you need to update your payment method, you can do so at any time in your my.maildesigner365 or my.vpntracker account.
To add additional licenses for your team, please follow these steps:
  • Log in to your account at my.vpntracker.com
  • In the Team overview, go to "Licenses". Here you can see all your existing plans

  • On the following page enter the number of licenses you would like to add and select the edition. Then click on "Add to plan"

  • You can now assign your licenses to your team members
To renew your expired VPN Tracker plan, please follow these steps:

  • In the Teams view under "Subscriptions", you will see a list of both your active and your expired plans
  • To renew an expired plan, please click on: “Reactivate license

To combine multiple VPN Tracker 365 plans into one so they have the same expiration date, please follow these steps:

  • Under Subscriptions, you can see an overview of your existing plans

  • Select the plans you would like to combine by clicking on the checkbox on the left side next to each plan
  • Once you have selected all plans, click Combine Subscriptions at the bottom of the window
