You can define the channel sort order yourself in TV Pro. The sort order is then taken into account in all views. How it works:
  • Select TV Pro > Settings > Add channels > My channels
  • Tap the handle on the right and drag the channel to the desired position
  • The “Automatic numbering” function can be used to assign numbers to the channels. Alternatively, you can manually assign a number to each channel by clicking on the number field next to the channel.

If numbers have already been assigned in the past, these can be corrected under Settings - Add channels - My channels. Then, as usual, tap on the number fields on the right and enter a different number. Tip: It is easiest to first sort the channels there in the order of your television and then tap on “Automatic numbering” at the top. If you add channels later, they will not automatically be assigned a number. Move the channel back to the desired position and tap on “Automatic numbering” again. If the channel order is still incorrect or some channels cannot be changed, it may help to remove all channel numbers at the very bottom of the “My channels” list and start numbering again.

Please grab the 2 original LG apps from the AppStore. Try to connect your TV to these apps.

  • LG TV Remote
  • LG TV Remote 2011
  • If these do not work, then you cannot use remote control with your LG TV using TV Pro.

    Apple Family sharing is not activated for our products.
    To cancel or manage a subscription in the App Store, open the App Store, sign in, and click on your account icon in the bottom left corner of the window. Then, click "View information" in the top right of the window, enter your password if prompted and scroll down until you see the subheading "Manage".     Note: "TV Pro Gold" is only valid for iPhone/iPad

    Your TV Pro Gold status for iPhone/iPad is only valid for iPhone/iPad. Separate packages can be purchased for Apple TV.

    1. Check in which app the purchase was made

    Please check in the first step in which TV Pro app you purchased the Gold status. You can find the app name on the purchase receipt. This is either:

    Alternatively, you can find out in which app you purchased it by checking in the App Store settings under:
    App Store > tap your profile picture in the top right > Subscriptions > TV Pro
    A package should be selected and active here.

    2. Open the app and transfer the Gold status to the TV Pro ID

    Please open the app in which you purchased the Gold status in the next step.
    • If you purchased Gold in TV Pro Classic, follow these steps:
      • 1. Open TV Pro Classic
      • 2. Tap the gear in the bottom right
      • 3. Select TV Pro Gold
      • 4. Log in with your TV Pro ID or create a new TV Pro ID (free) if you don't have one yet
      • 5. Tap "Restore Purchases"
      Now your Gold status has been saved in your TV Pro ID
    • If you purchased Gold in TV Programm TV Pro, follow these steps:
      • 1. Open TV Programm TV Pro
      • 2. Open Settings
      • 3. Tap the first entry: this is usually your name and/or email address or "Not logged in"
      • 4. Log in with your TV Pro ID or create a new one if you don't have one
      • 5. Tap "Restore Purchases"
    Now your Gold status has been saved in your TV Pro ID

    3. Restore Gold status on another device or in another app

    To transfer your Gold status to your second device or to another version of TV Pro, please follow these steps:
    • Open the corresponding app on the target device
    • Go to the TV Pro Gold settings as described above and log in with your TV Pro ID
    • Tap "Restore Purchases"
    • Your TV Pro status should now also appear here
    When purchasing a TV Pro subscription prematurely, the Apple App Store cannot credit this period. Therefore, the annual subscription starts on the day of purchase. It is therefore best to wait until the GOLD PLUS status expires and then purchase the corresponding subscription directly in the TV Pro Store.
    For TV Pro 5: Please create a TV Pro ID. The watchlist will be synchronized via the TV Pro ID in the future. From version 5, iCloud will no longer be used for synchronization. For older versions of TV Pro: Please first check whether you are using iCloud Sync with the same Apple ID on both devices. Then check under TV Pro > Settings > Data & iCloud whether the “Sync via iCloud” function is activated. If it is activated, try deleting the TV Pro iCloud data from these settings on both devices and then try again.
    At the start, the Covergirl Jenny appears in the TV Pro app on the iPhone. You can change this start image with your own image:
    ‣ Go to "Settings" (Einstellungen) > "Welcome screen" (Begrüßungsbild) 
    ‣ Simply select your own picture. 
    Under TV Pro Classic, the settings are located behind the gear wheel in the lower right corner.
    If you have received or purchased a "TV Pro Voucher", you can redeem it here: Redeem TV Pro Voucher If you already have a TV Pro ID, you will be prompted to log in with it afterwards. Otherwise, you can create a free TV Pro ID when redeeming for the first time.
    Some channels, such as Sky Sport 1 and Sky Sport 2, only show programs on certain days, for example, when special sports events are scheduled. On days when the channels do not show any program, the program column in the TV Pro app remains empty.
    With TV Pro GOLD ALL-IN-1 you can use all TV Pro Apps (TV Pro, Live TV, TV Pro Mediathek) on all available platforms. You can choose between a monthly and an annual package.

    For the iOS platform, you can purchase the In-App package "TV Pro GOLD PLUS".

    For tvOS (Apple TV), you can purchase the separate package "TV Pro for Apple TV".

    The packages are independent and only transferable within one platform. It is best to secure the packages directly on the TV Pro Homepage.

    Examples:

  • I purchased TV Pro GOLD PLUS on iOS. Can I use it on Apple TV? – No.
  • I purchased TV Pro GOLD PLUS on the iPad. Can I use it on the iPhone? – Yes.
  • I purchased TV Pro - Your TV Program for Apple TV. Can I use it on the iPhone? – No.
  • If no programs are displayed for an entire day or for a channel, there is likely an error loading the data. To fix the problem, please try reloading the day. If this does not improve:

    In the TV Pro settings (gear icon), tap on the “TV Pro Cloud” section and tap “Delete program data on this device”. TV Pro will now download all program data again.
    Many app providers finance themselves as follows: They flood the free version of the app with advertising so that you can "buy yourself free" from advertising with the paid version. We call that extortion. Interestingly, this is often done by providers such as traditional publishers who desperately try to monetize their old magazine offerings digitally: without attractive features, without understanding of mobile platforms. If the revenue is then not high enough, the free version is increasingly flooded. We don't think much of that. Our advertising principles are as follows:

    Advertising "No-Gos":

    • No overlay advertising that you have to "tap away" ("Find the close box")
    • No full-screen preroll clips for games and other advertising trash
    • No advertising timers ("Banner/video must be viewed for at least 10 seconds until you find the close box")
    • No permanent occupation of the screen by advertising
    • No combinations/chains of the aforementioned on buttons and functions of the app

    We are for:

    • Target group-relevant advertising, in the form of hints and banners
    • No "flooding" with advertising in the free version
    • No "buying" of advertising freedom in the paid version
    Conclusion: We offer discreet advertising in all versions. We do not primarily finance ourselves through advertising, but offer exciting new features in our paid and free versions as a technology provider. We want to convince customers to buy because they want innovative features. Not to "buy themselves free" from advertising floods.
    TV Pro Gold aus der Classic App kann leider nicht auf ein TV Pro Max Upgrade angewendet werden. Warum? Technisch handelt es sich im AppStore um einen Kauf in einer anderen App. Apple erlaubt es in diesem Fall nicht, die beiden Käufe zu verlinken. Daher kann kein Restguthaben angerechnet werden und das bisherige Gold Classic Abo wird auch nicht automatisch beendet.     TV Pro for iPad automatically downloads data for upcoming days. No further configuration is necessary. Simply leave the app open for a while, missing days will be automatically detected and reloaded.

    In the overview, broadcasts that have already passed are grayed out. However, broadcasts that are available in the TV Pro Media Library are not grayed out even after the expiry date. This quickly shows which broadcasts can be viewed. This also applies to the display of yesterday.

    Subscriptions to the products of Live TV GmbH can be purchased either in the App Stores or directly from Live TV GmbH („TV Pro / Live TV Store“).     Assuming a program is running on Friday night at 0:05 AM. In the TV Pro Apps, however, this program appears in the listing on Thursday at 0:05 AM. Why is that? For the TV day, it is assumed that the TV day starts at 5 AM and lasts until 4:59 AM the next day. Two reasons: - If you look in the listing for what’s running on Thursday evening, say from 11 PM, you also want to see the programs that start at 0:05 AM. You "think" it’s still "Thursday evening". Therefore, programs after midnight are also counted as Thursday. - It is based on the "wake cycle", i.e. until you go to bed (hopefully before 5 AM!) programs are counted to the day you got up, i.e. are awake. A program at 2 AM is therefore still counted to the mentioned Thursday and not (calendarically correct) to Friday. Friday contains all programs until Saturday morning at 4:59 AM. From 5 AM the new TV day then starts.

    If you used two different Apple IDs for your app download and subscription purchase, the App Store gets confused and displays a cryptic error message – "Renewal failed". The solution:
    • Delete the currently installed app
    • Sign in under Settings > iTunes & App Store with the Apple ID you used to make your subscription
    • Now reinstall the app from the App Store
    • In the app, in the Store, select the option "Restore Purchases"

    Wenn AirPlay in TV Pro oder Live TV nicht mehr wie gewohnt funktioniert, können folgende Schritte helfen, das Problem zu beheben:

    1. Geräte neu starten: Starte sowohl dein iOS-Gerät bzw. deinen Mac als auch das AirPlay-Zielgerät (z. B. Apple TV oder AirPlay-fähigen Fernseher) neu.
    2. Netzwerk überprüfen: Stelle sicher, dass beide Geräte mit demselben WLAN-Netzwerk verbunden sind. AirPlay funktioniert nur im gleichen Netzwerk.
    3. AirPlay-Verbindung testen: Probiere, ob AirPlay mit einer anderen App (z. B. der Fotos- oder YouTube-App) funktioniert. So lässt sich feststellen, ob das Problem an AirPlay allgemein oder nur in TV Pro / Live TV liegt.
    4. App aktualisieren: Stelle sicher, dass du die neueste Version von TV Pro bzw. Live TV installiert hast. Updates können AirPlay-Probleme beheben.
    5. iOS/macOS aktualisieren: Auch dein Betriebssystem sollte auf dem neuesten Stand sein, da AirPlay-Änderungen oft über Systemupdates kommen.
    6. Neuverbindung herstellen: Beende die App komplett und starte sie neu. Versuche dann erneut, die AirPlay-Verbindung herzustellen.
    7. AirPlay-Einstellungen prüfen: Überprüfe die AirPlay- und Datenschutz-Einstellungen auf deinem Gerät und deinem Apple TV.
